De DualHead2Go Digital Edition van Matrox is VGA naar 2x DVI splitter. Met deze splitter kan je van één signaal twee signalen maken en deze op twee monitoren weergeven.
De software maakt de grafische chipset van uw notebook/PC wijs dat het één gigantisch scherm met een reusachtige resolutie moet aansturen. Het signaal wordt vervolgens over twee monitoren (drie inclusief uw notebooks/PC scherm) verdeeld.
